On Thursday night, the Seattle Sounders clinched their second-straight Western Conference championship and secured their spot in MLS Cup after a 3-0 win at home against the Houston Dynamo.

Coming into the night with a 2-0 lead after leg one in Houston, a goal from newcomer Victor Rodriguez midway through the first half seemingly wrapped things up early on.

But the fun didn’t stop there.

Clint Dempsey scored to open the second half, and Will Bruin finished the three-goal night with one against his former club as the Sounders cruised past Houston to the Western Conference crown.

The post-game festivities featured a cup lifting, celebrating with the fans, interviews, dancing and locker room fun.

Seattle will now face Toronto FC in a rematch of 2016 MLS Cup. Toronto finished the 2017 season with the best record in the 21 year history of MLS.
