Turning Back The Clocks And Getting Enough Sleep

You know what I like? A good excuse for sleeping…

We’re turning the clocks back on November 2nd. Yes, it gets darker sooner, but the upside: we get an extra hour of that precious sleep that keeps us healthy. Getting a good snooze is good news for your body. Sleep can help boost your immune system. It regulates stress hormones and can reduce your blood pressure. I’m doing it right now!

Did you know that too little sleep can make you gain weight and cause you to make mistakes at school or work. So that’s what going on… sorry, boss! A good night’s sleep is essential for good health.
