This all happened in Auburn last night — a woman and her horse were riding along, the horse got spooked and the 2 of them tumble down 25 feet into a ravine.

Special tactical teams from around South King County arrived at the scene where other riders were already clearing away brush — the woman was lifted out – she went to Harbor View in critical condition.

The Washington State Animal Response team was called in to help lift 6 year-old Havana up and out in a big sling:

Havana was soon walking on her own after being trapped down the embankment for about four hours.
