This poor pup has had it rough. From a dump site to a foster home. From parasites and mange and starvation to health and a loving place to stay.  Thanks to some very loving rescuers, Frankie was given medical treatment and a second chance. Frankie was rescued by Hope For Paws (with help from Elad Hagar and Lisa Chiarelli), and is now being fostered by The Forgotten Dog Foundation. According to the YouTube site, you can apply to rescue him here:

Locally, you can find many great dogs and cats to take home at PAWS in Lynnwood, The Seattle Animal Shelter and King County’s Humane Society.
