A few weeks back, a Bay area news station caught a lot of trouble for airing obviously fake names of Asiana Air pilots after the plane crash at the San Franciso Airport. Names like “Wi Tu Lo” and “Captain Sum Ting Wong” got the station a lot of laughs and a lot of heat. Especially from Koreans who did not find the racially-offensive moniker funny.
Here’s The Video Of That:

Now, in the wake of a Southwest Airlines plane lost its landing gear at New York’s La Guardia, a Korean news agency gave the Americans a taste of their own medicine with some fake pilot names of their own.

According to Slothed.com, the Korean news agency named the pilots “Captain Kent Parker Wright” (Can’t Park Right) and “CoCaptain Wyatt Wooden Workman” (Why It Wouldn’t Work, Man). They also came up with a few fake interview names, including flight instructor “Heywood U. Flye-Moore” (Hey, Would You Fly More) and a passenger named “Macy Lawyers” (May See Lawyers).

USA: 1; Korea: 1.
