Hey Trekkies! The “Kiss Me” Klingon Song

Six Pence None The Richer’s “Kiss Me” Converted To Klingon

It turns out even Klingons like a good love song. The “Star Trek” fans and improv comedians at Improvised Star Trek recently unveiled a Klingon adaptation of Sixpence None the Richer’s hit “Kiss Me.”

But the song has been adapted to better fit the warrior race of aliens originally made famous on the iconic TV series. The title was changed to “HiChop” — or “Bite Me” — and some of the romantic gestures now include throwing the enemy’s bones and meeting by the “ship that has been wrecked.” ImprovisedStarTrek.com originally used the song as part of one of their regular podcasts, but recently decided it needed a video of its own. The new karaoke style clip has already received more than 77-thousand views on YouTube.
