Holidays can be tough, especially on the homeless. And to help out, we want your cans.   JACK has teamed up with Peoples Bank and Franz Bakery for the JACK Can-Do Food Drive. We’re packing up our ride and heading into your communities to collect much-needed food and supplies for our partner, Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission, who provides meals, shelter and much more to hurting and homeless people in our community.  As a special Thank You, the first 10 people at each location who stop by and donate a minimum of 10 items will receive a pair of tickets to either the Seattle Thunderbirds or Everett Silvertips.  So gather up your cans and visit us. [photogallerylink id=36528 align=right]Seattle Union Gospel Mission is graciously accepting:     

  • Protein bars & snack foods (for the Rescue Van)
  • Hot cocoa (large containers)
  • Sugar
  • Pancake syrup
  • Jam and jelly
  • Peanut butter
  • Canned corn, green beans, carrots, refried beans
  • Canned fruit
  • Hot cereal (large containers)
  • Water (small bottles)
  • Canned tuna, salmon, & meat
  • Canned chili & stew
  • Pasta sauces
  • Soup (cream of mushroom, tomato, vegetable, cream of chicken, chicken noodle)
  • Donations payable to Seattle Union Gospel Mission
