A new supergroup called The International Swingers features members of The Cult, Blondie, The Alarm, Sex Pistols, The Faces, Gene Loves Jezebel, Eurythmics and more. Undercover.fm reports The International Swingers will perform an all-hit set list featuring songs from their previous bands across Australia in December.
The line-up for The International Swingers is Clem Burke from Blondie, The Romantics and Eurythmics; Glen Matlock from The Sex Pistols, Rich Kids and The Faces, James Stevenson from Generation X, The Cult, The Alarm and Gene Loves Jezebel and Gary Twinn from Australia’s Supernaut. The current set list includes songs from Mott The Hoople, The Clash, The Stooges, New York Dolls and Paul Revere and the Raiders. No word yet if The International Swingers will be playing any gigs outside the land down-under.
