The 6th Marshall Classic Rock Roll Of Honour Awards took place in London this week, with the who’s who of rock and roll being recognized for their outstanding achievements in the name of rock.
Featuring a host of star studded collaborations, we asked the Last.fm Trends team to look at the award-winning album to see what tracks have proved to be the most popular.
The album was released on April 6th and has so far reached nearly 2,500,000 million scrobbles. With every song featuring some sort of collaboration, it is interesting to see which guest has had the biggest impact.
“Ghost,” featuring Ian Astbury of hard rock band The Cult, has proved to be the most popular track so far with a scrobble count of 238,109.
It is fitting that a track featuring such a respected name in rock and roll would be the most popular, however a song featuring Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie takes the number two spot, with “Beautiful Dangerous” gaining 225,757 scrobbles so far.
“Promise” featuring Audioslave and Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell, trails very slightly at number three with 219,331 scrobbles, whilst the other two tracks entering the top five feature Kid Rock and Ozzy Osbourne.
