Miley Cyrus has about a month to go before she hits that magic, legally-adult age of 18. But her latest video definitely jumps the gun. Over the weekend, Miley’s video for “Who Owns My Heart” hit the Internet and it’s arguably the raciest thing she’s ever done. The video shows her in her underwear, some table dancing, suggestive poses and much more.
Not surprisingly, the Parents Television Council is not happy about this.

The group’s president issued a statement saying, quote, “It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one.  It sends messages to her fan base that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point.”Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly.”

And according to a quick poll conducted by “Usmagazine, a lot of people agree.  Over 3,500 people voted . . . and 75% of them think the video is “too raunchy.”Considering that there are kids that still watch Hannah Montana, are you bothered by this video?

People need to realize that she is now a woman and she is going to do music more for the “club” scene etc. She is not a teenie bopper anymore. People grow up and evolve. No one ever says anything about the boy bands etc when they start having girls in there videos and more controversial lyrics. Just always expecting the girls to stay innocent and proper. I can’t believe nobody complained that she was dancing with the same sex.Girls will be Girls and she is a beautiful young woman let her have fun. She’s not doing drugs and drinking no DWI’s like the other train wrecks out there. IT seems that her family keeps her grounded and she is a good person. She is just staying up with the music and video trends. Thank you for listening.
