The Devil’s Duet

Miley Cyrus tells MTV that her duet with Bret Michaels on “Nothin’ to Lose” (slated to appear on the Poison singer’s next solo album) came about because she’s a big fan. “He was the first concert that I ever went to, and it’s great when you can find people you can jive with and get along with.”

Poison frontman Bret Michaels has defended his collaboration with Miley Cyrus – after the song’s sexually-charged lyrics reportedly caused outrage in the U.S.
The Hannah Montana star contributed vocals to Nothin’ To Lose, a track from the rocker’s upcoming record Custom Built.

The duet allegedly sparked complaints when it aired on radio stations in the States earlier this month – but Michaels insists the raunchy lyrics are not a reference to the 17-year-old singer.
